• Maintained Nursery will reopen tomorrow

  Maintained Nursery School

  The maintained nursery school will reopen tomorrow, 21st January 2021. Opening times will be 8.45-9.15 and collection times at the end of the day 3.15 -3.45

  Please ensure you follow social distancing guidelines and wear a face mask.

   

  Due to a positive case and staff having to self-isolate the Childcare will be closed . Therefore, there will be no breakfast and tea sessions available. We are hoping to reopen childcare on Thursday 28th January 2021. I will confirm with a text message 

   

  A letter will be given to your child when they next attend or sent in the post. A copy of the letter is on the website.

   

  If you need to contact nursery over the next ten days please email Headteacher@pinxton.derbyshire.sch.uk

  Deena and I will be self-isolating, the staff in school will be busy with children and therefore unable to answer the phone.

   

  Please do not send your child to Nursery if they or anyone in your household is unwell. 

  Please do not leave the home unless it is necessary.

• Childcare (CIC) Nursery will remain closed until Thursday 28th January 2021

  Childcare - Pinxton 0-5 Nursery School

   

  Following on from the text last night the childcare will remain closed. This is due to the number of staff having to self-isolate.

  Childcare will hopefully reopen on Thursday 28th January 2021

  If you have not been contacted your child does not need to self-isolate however the next few days are crucial and I will update you all if there are any further positive cases.

   

  A letter will be sent to you confirming the above information but also can be found on our website under the childcare page.

• Nursery closed Wednesday 20th January

  Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, the entire nursery (maintained and childcare) will be closed tomorrow. We will keep you updated as to when we will be reopening.

• Maintained Nursery Closed - Tuesday 5th January

  Unfortunately due to the Prime Ministers announcement tonight the maintained nursery school will be closed Tuesday 5th January. This is due to staffing issues and safety. As soon we have further information and clarity we will be in touch. The childcare nursery will remain open at this point until further clarification.

• Nursery reopening January 2021

  The Maintained Nursery and Childcare CIC will be open as normal this coming week unless we are advised differently by the government. We will try our best to keep everyone updated when we get any further information. Stay safe. Please don't forget - do not send your child to school if they show any symptoms of COVID 19 - high temperature, persistent cough, diarrhoea, flu like symptoms.
