If you would like to apply for a place in our CIC nursery, please telephone the nursery on 01773 863105 and ask to speak to Jayne our Head Teacher or Katy our Childcare Manager. Alternatively you can email Jayne to apply on headteacher@pinxton.derbyshire.sch.uk

We will require some details from you:

• Your name and contact number
• Your email address
• Your address
• Your child's name
• Your child's date of birth
• The name of both of your child's parents
• Any health considerations your child may have
• Any other information you think we should know about your child - i.e speech; special needs; allergies
• What sessions you would ideally prefer for your child.

The CIC Nursery takes children from 3 months or age until the end of term after they turn 3.
